Brian Leach, born March 15, 1971, began his criminal career at an early age. He is a known drug addict, alcoholic, homicidal psychopath, deadbeat dad, fugitive from justice and the husband of a perverted backslidden reprobate. Mr. Leach’s psychological profile and criminal background, coupled with his wife’s expertise at orchestrated “hate campaigns” of lies and slander, qualified him for his current job as a moderator for the infamous Cult Awareness Network’s Factnet bulletin board. Now Brian Leach, aka arkiebrian, the mysterious biased moderator of the Alamo Foundation thread of the Factnet bulletin board, can work with like-minded drug addicts and criminals instead of plucking chickens at OK Foods where he was formerly employed. An examination of Brian’s criminal past reveals his qualifications for his current position.

On July 13, 1992, Mrs. Kelley Mackey and Mrs. Shannon Rhodes were traveling eastbound down Interstate I-40 in Checotah, Oklahoma when they noticed a vehicle approaching them head-on in their lane. The “drug-crazed” Brian Leach was dangerously driving at a high rate of speed in the wrong direction headed westbound in the eastbound lane. After almost colliding head-on with them, Leach then turned around and began to chase them at a high rate of speed in an erratic manner. He soon overtook their vehicle and rammed them while speeding past them. Leach then turned around again and headed back down the freeway going the wrong way speeding head-on toward them. Mrs. Mackey and Mrs. Rhodes, out of desperation for their life, pulled their vehicle onto the shoulder of the freeway to avoid a head-on collision with Mr. Leach. He fled with the police in pursuit but was apprehended in the next county. Leach, arrested and booked, pled guilty to charges of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident. After being released from jail he refused to pay his fines and a bench warrant was again issued for his arrest.

Not surprisingly, both ladies were severely injured and after extended medical treatment, brought civil lawsuits in the Circuit Court of Sebastian County Arkansas, for medical bills and damages for their injuries, pain and suffering and extreme emotional distress and mental anguish as a result of Brian’s criminal actions. He fled Arkansas to avoid being served with their lawsuits but was eventually tracked down and served in Boulder Colorado on January 20, 1994. The headquarters of the criminal enterprise he now works with is located in Boulder, Colorado. Leach refused to return to Arkansas and face trial and subsequently, judgments were entered against him in the Circuit Court of Sebastian County, totaling over $200,000.00. These judgments still remain unpaid and outstanding.

While Leach was hiding out in Colorado, he continued his criminal career and was again arrested on November 4, 1995 for possession of illegal drugs. Unaltered by his numerous arrests, Leach continued his criminal activities and Colorado criminal records show that Leach was arrested again on September 26, 1996 for “interfering with governmental operations.”

According to Court records, Brian Leach married Joni “McClain” on September 6, 1997 and a daughter, Ashley Elizabeth Leach, was born on March 2, 1998. Brian, working for OK Foods, continued his erratic lifestyle causing marital problems and on May 10, 2000, Joni “McClain” Leach filed a “Complaint For Divorce” in the Chancery Court of Sebastian County, Arkansas, alleging “general and personal indignities by Brian Leach that made life intolerable for her”. She also sought custody of the child and child support from Brian. On November 30, 2000, the Judge awarded Joni custody and ordered Brian to pay child support for young Ashley.

On February 1st, 2002, Brian Glenn Leach, born 3/15/71, 30 years old and Holly Ann Elmore, born 3/8/78, 23 years old, were married in Sebastian County, Arkansas. Holly Elmore is the daughter of Mike and Ruth Ann Elmore, all of which are disgruntled ex-members of the Alamo Church. They attended the Alamo Church for many years but have since fallen away and waged a “hate campaign” against Pastor Alamo and the Church.

After Brian and Holly were married, He couldn’t support his family and became a “dead beat dad”. On November 29, 2005, Joni “Leach” Jennings was forced to file a motion for contempt against Brian Leach for his refusal to pay almost $2,000 in child support for young Ashley.

It is unknown if Mike and Ann Elmore were aware of Leach’s criminal background and the outstanding judgments against him when he married their daughter Holly, since the Elmores already had plenty of financial problems. Mike and Ann Elmore couldn’t pay their bills and therefore independently filed bankruptcy within a week of each other on August 10 and August 16, 2000. Ruth Ann Elmore had $102,286.00 in debts and Mike J. Elmore had $37,175.00 in debts, which they discharged in bankruptcy. Subsequent to their chapter 7 bankruptcies, Mike Elmore attempted to operate a business called Mike’s Painting, from 622 N. 22nd St. in Fort Smith, which is also listed as their home address. This business venture evidently failed since City of Fort Smith business records show it to be inactive as of March 21, 2005.

With civil judgment creditors and child welfare authorities on their heels, and rumors of infidelity and a faltering marriage, Brian and Holly Leach sought new employment more lucrative than the chicken factory at OK Foods. Brian Leach opened a suspicious, shell business called Razorback IT that allegedly offered computer upgrades and repair. The business address was 3204 S. 92nd St. in Fort Smith, the same address listed as his home. According to City of Fort Smith records, Razorback IT is no longer active and was evidently just a scam front for Brian and Holly’s new employment with the criminal “old” Cult Awareness Network’s Internet branch called Factnet. Leach’s background and Holly’s “hate campaign” expertise made them prime candidates for employment with Factnet, which was founded by the infamous Margaret Singer. Singer was a pseudo psychologist that worked in the CIA covert mind control program called MKULTRA. Their criminal activities and experiments against unwitting citizens were exposed in testimony before the US Congress. She was also a director of the notorious Cult Awareness Network for many years. Like their predecessor, the “old” Cult Awareness Network, Factnet recruits and uses criminals and misfits to carry out their campaign of violence, hate and character assassination against Pastors and Churches. Ian Mann, an illegal alien from Canada now living in Florida, has been waging a “hate campaign” against Pastor Alamo and his Church. He works with associates of the criminal, “old” Cult Awareness Network, and has recently recruited several local Arkansas people, Terry Purvis, Sherry Potts and others, to assist them in their “hate campaign”. The Mann’s have been supplying them with maligning and defamatory literature, which they have distributed in Arkansas for their own personal gain and political agenda.
Terry Purvis, from Iowa, is running for Mayor of Fouke, Arkansas and is trying to use Ian’s slanderous material against Pastor Alamo as a political tool to incite religious hatred through ignorance and lies. Purvis also has a “checkered” past that he is trying to hide, which includes being fired from his job at the Juvenile Detention Center for allegedly locking several kid’s visiting the Center in a cell with a prisoner known to be a child molester. Purvis also has a history of unpaid debts, which resulted in him filing bankruptcy in 2005. Sherry Potts doesn’t even live in Fouke but is backing Purvis for Mayor of Fouke. Potts is pictured above in a mad tirade at a recent Fouke city council meeting where she almost had to be physically removed. She has been working with Purvis, Ian Mann, Bill Levy and other perverts, to spread slanderous material about Pastor Alamo around the local area in an effort to influence the mayoral election. Potts and other unidentified accomplices have been spotted by security officers, cruising and snooping around the homes of ministers of the Alamo Christian Ministries, in her 2004 Mitsubishi 4 door sedan with Arkansas license plate 286JMO.
Ian Mann is married to Ann (Rudolph) Mann and has a son named Scotty. The Mann’s were saved at the Alamo Christian Ministries and full of praise for Pastor Alamo and the Church for many years. However, they fell away from the Lord when both of them sought to have extramarital affairs while feigning to be sincere Christians. Ann Mann, while married to Ian, secretly plotted to have an affair and even marry, a young Christian man named, Clint Rommel, who was a roofer in Los Angeles. Ian Mann, while married to Ann, was caught stalking several underage girls and secretly plotting to have extramarital affairs with them. One of Ian’s targeted victims was a 13-year-old girl by the name of Sheila. Sheila’s parents, who have been ministers with the Alamo Christian Ministries for many years, were shocked and irate when they discovered Ian’s devious plans. Ian then abandoned his wife and son and fled to escape the disgrace, embarrassment, and possible prosecution for his actions. He later returned to Arkansas for a short time, claiming that he had straightened his life out, but soon left in disgrace in the middle of the night with Ann and Scotty, lying and telling people that they were on a special mission. The Mann’s then moved to Texas, taking their desires for sexual perversions and extramarital affairs with them. Not surprising, Ian Mann’s computer that he left behind was found to contain child pornography.

There Ian started a property management company named Gulf Breeze Enterprises and planned construction of a residential structure at 1367 Sanibel Lane in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
For many years Ian and Ann Mann testified very highly of Pastor Alamo and the Alamo Christian Ministries. However, since they left the Church in disgrace many years ago, they have worked closely with Bill Levy, Susan Groulx, Barry Haynes, and other members of the “old” Cult Awareness Network (CAN), to slander and malign Pastor Alamo and the Church.

William Ronald (Ronnie) Pryor acquired a business license in 1995 and did maintenance work under the name “Final Phase Maintenance Systems”. According to the maintenance man that worked at Laurel Wood Shopping Center in Memphis, who personally knew Ronnie Pryor and attended a local Memphis Church with him; Ronnie Pryor really knew the Bible scriptures well but was a hypocrite, living an ungodly life and committing adultery with the man’s wife. This type character witness is reflected in their family criminal profile posted above, which includes arrests for patronizing prostitution, drugs and aggravated robbery. Between arrests and trials for their criminal activity, the Pryor family was involved in numerous failed business ventures. These business ventures culminated in foreclosure and civil lawsuits and on June 17, 1999, William R. Pryor and Carolyn T. Pryor, not able to pay their debts, filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Tennessee in Memphis. A discharge of debts was granted on September 22, 1999. This article talks about the jubilation Ronnie Pryor felt after having the opportunity to tell First Lady Pat Nixon about the great work being done and the many souls being won to Jesus Christ through the ministry of Tony and Susan Alamo.
Rodney and Stephanie were born to Ronnie and Carolyn Pryor while they were ministers with the Alamo Christian Ministries. The children grew up in a strict Christian environment and were afforded the very best Christian education. Levy even told people about an incident before he came to the Church of how he and his friend had tortured a prostitute by hanging her by her wrists, then cutting off her tongue and letting her bleed to death, hanging in a basement.
Bill Levy was put out of the Church in 1985 for stealing and other reports. He immediately started bringing lies and accusations against the Church seeking to gain custody of 11 year old Rebecca from her mother, and caused Arkansas State Troopers to raid and search over 100 homes in search of Rebecca and her mother.
Levy later moved to the Tampa/St. Pete area and was contacted and interviewed by Mike Earp of the United States Marshals Service on March 11, 1991, in an effort to solicit his false testimony to substantiate their charge against Pastor Alamo of threatening to kidnap Federal Judge Morris Arnold. According to government records, In a telephone interview on March 12, 1991, Levy falsely stated that Pastor Alamo carries up to 3 guns on his person; one in an ankle holster, one in a shoulder holster, as well as one in his pocket and that Pastor Alamo was closely associated with Gordon Kahl, and had the same ideals on tax protesting. As a result of these false statements, the USMS determined that extreme caution was warranted. Then again on 11/8/1993, according to government records, while Levy was attending a Nursing School in Florida, Chris Belcher of the US Justice Department, contacted him at his Tampa/St. Pete number, (813) 238-6953. Belcher was soliciting testimony to substantiate their false tax charges against Pastor Alamo. Levy told Belcher he had to take his final exams to become a registered nurse at the Nursing School and Belcher said that he would talk to his professor and work it out for Levy if he would come testify against Pastor Alamo in Memphis.

Brian Leach, born March 15, 1971, began his criminal career at an early age. He is a known drug addict, alcoholic, homicidal psychopath, deadbeat dad, fugitive from justice and the husband of a perverted backslidden reprobate. Mr. Leach’s psychological profile and criminal background, coupled with his wife’s expertise at orchestrated “hate campaigns” of lies and slander, qualified him for his current job as a moderator for the infamous Cult Awareness Network’s Factnet bulletin board. Now Brian Leach, aka arkiebrian, the mysterious biased moderator of the Alamo Foundation thread of the Factnet bulletin board, can work with like-minded drug addicts and criminals instead of plucking chickens at OK Foods where he was formerly employed. An examination of Brian’s criminal past reveals his qualifications for his current position.

On July 13, 1992, Mrs. Kelley Mackey and Mrs. Shannon Rhodes were traveling eastbound down Interstate I-40 in Checotah, Oklahoma when they noticed a vehicle approaching them head-on in their lane. The “drug-crazed” Brian Leach was dangerously driving at a high rate of speed in the wrong direction headed westbound in the eastbound lane. After almost colliding head-on with them, Leach then turned around and began to chase them at a high rate of speed in an erratic manner. He soon overtook their vehicle and rammed them while speeding past them. Leach then turned around again and headed back down the freeway going the wrong way speeding head-on toward them. Mrs. Mackey and Mrs. Rhodes, out of desperation for their life, pulled their vehicle onto the shoulder of the freeway to avoid a head-on collision with Mr. Leach. He fled with the police in pursuit but was apprehended in the next county. Leach, arrested and booked, pled guilty to charges of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident. After being released from jail he refused to pay his fines and a bench warrant was again issued for his arrest.

Not surprisingly, both ladies were severely injured and after extended medical treatment, brought civil lawsuits in the Circuit Court of Sebastian County Arkansas, for medical bills and damages for their injuries, pain and suffering and extreme emotional distress and mental anguish as a result of Brian’s criminal actions. He fled Arkansas to avoid being served with their lawsuits but was eventually tracked down and served in Boulder Colorado on January 20, 1994. The headquarters of the criminal enterprise he now works with is located in Boulder, Colorado. Leach refused to return to Arkansas and face trial and subsequently, judgments were entered against him in the Circuit Court of Sebastian County, totaling over $200,000.00. While Leach was hiding out in Colorado, he continued his criminal career and was again arrested on November 4, 1995 for possession of illegal drugs. According to Court records, Brian Leach married Joni “McClain” on September 6, 1997 and a daughter, Ashley Elizabeth Leach, was born on March 2, 1998. Brian, working for OK Foods, continued his erratic lifestyle causing marital problems and on May 10, 2000, Joni “McClain” Leach filed a “Complaint For Divorce” in the Chancery Court of Sebastian County, Arkansas, alleging “general and personal indignities by Brian Leach that made life intolerable for her”. She also sought custody of the child and child support from Brian. On November 30, 2000, the Judge awarded Joni custody and ordered Brian to pay child support for young Ashley.

On February 1st, 2002, Brian Glenn Leach, born 3/15/71, 30 years old and Holly Ann Elmore, born 3/8/78, 23 years old, were married in Sebastian County, Arkansas. After Brian and Holly were married, He couldn’t support his family and became a “dead beat dad”. On November 29, 2005, Joni “Leach” Jennings was forced to file a motion for contempt against Brian Leach for his refusal to pay almost $2,000 in child support for young Ashley.

It is unknown if Mike and Ann Elmore were aware of Leach’s criminal background and the outstanding judgments against him when he married their daughter Holly, since the Elmores already had plenty of financial problems. Mike and Ann Elmore couldn’t pay their bills and therefore independently filed bankruptcy within a week of each other on August 10 and August 16, 2000. Ruth Ann Elmore had $102,286.00 in debts and Mike J. Elmore had $37,175.00 in debts, which they discharged in bankruptcy. Subsequent to their chapter 7 bankruptcies, Mike Elmore attempted to operate a business called Mike’s Painting, from 622 N. 22nd St. in Fort Smith, which is also listed as their home address. This business venture evidently failed since City of Fort Smith business records show it to be inactive as of March 21, 2005.

With civil judgment creditors and child welfare authorities on their heels, and rumors of infidelity and a faltering marriage, Brian and Holly Leach sought new employment more lucrative than the chicken factory at OK Foods. Brian Leach opened a suspicious, shell business called Razorback IT that allegedly offered computer upgrades and repair. The business address was 3204 S. 92nd St. in Fort Smith, the same address listed as his home. According to City of Fort Smith records, Razorback IT is no longer active and was evidently just a scam front for Brian and Holly’s new employment with the criminal “old” Cult Awareness Network’s Internet branch called Factnet. Leach’s background and Holly’s “hate campaign” expertise made them prime candidates for employment with Factnet, which was founded by the infamous Margaret Singer. Singer was a pseudo psychologist that worked in the CIA covert mind control program called MKULTRA. Their criminal activities and experiments against unwitting citizens were exposed in testimony before the US Congress. She was also a director of the notorious Cult Awareness Network for many years. The Cult Awareness Network was dissolved and went underground after the U.S. District Court in Washington awarded a multi-million dollar judgment against CAN and it’s associates in, Jason Scott versus Cult Awareness Network, et. al., case # C94-0079C, USDC, Western District of Washington at Seattle. Jason Scott was a member of the United Pentecostal Church who was violently kidnapped and was being sent to Wellspring for deprogramming and anti-religious indoctrination.
